How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, your beer is usually delivered via next-day courier to ensure maximum freshness.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom to ensure our beer reaches customers in peak condition without long transit times.
How should I store my DEYA beers?
Our beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized. To maintain the bright hop profiles and quality, please keep all cans refrigerated (between 4-7°C) and drink as fresh as possible.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
While we pack our cans securely, accidents can happen. If your order is damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
The vast majority of our beers are vegan-friendly. Any exceptions, such as stouts containing lactose, will be clearly labeled in the ingredients list on the product page and the can.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link from our courier partner to monitor your delivery's progress.
